Where can I party?

Anywhere private! Your house works great, otherwise a secure venue or AirBnb. Please note we do not set up events on public property.

What if the weather is bad?

Unfortunately we cannot control the weather. It is the responsability of the client to monitor the weather. An indoor backup plan is expected for all outdoor events. There will be no refunds for weather related events including heavy wind.

What if I need to cancel?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds If an event is canceled. In the case that an event date needs to be changed we will allow the client to reschedule once and the deposit will be held until the new date.

When should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance to allow for us to get custom items made/delivered for your special day. Anytime before that is greatly appreciated!

Balloon Garland Instillation

Do you charge a delivery fee?

All of our Balloon prices already have the cost of travel calculated into the total. No extra fees are added for delivery for our balloons!

How long will the balloons last?

While we cant make any promises, We have seen in a climate controlled space our balloons last up to 3 weeks. Typically in an outdoor area the balloons will last a few days to a week.

What if I need to cancel?

Do you pickup balloons after event?

The balloons are yours to keep! Unless you do not want the balloons then the Serendipity Social team will come back and collect/dispose of the balloons for you.
