Refund policy

-50% DEPOSIT DUE BEFORE EVENT. WE WILL NOT MAKE PLANS OR RESERVE THE DAY FOR YOUR EVENT UNTIL A DEPOSIT IS MADE. THE REMAINDER OF YOUR DEPOSIT IS DUE UPON THE ARRIVAL OF SERENDIPITY SOCIAL THE DAY OF EVENT.

 

-MOVEMENT OF RENTALS BY ANYONE OTHER THAN A SERENDIPITY SOCIAL EVENT MEMBER IS NOT ALLOWED.

 

-ANY DAMAGES INCURRED TO RENTAL PROPERTY IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT AND MUST BE PAID FOR BY THE CLIENT PARTY.

 

-CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SIT, LEAN, PLAY ON ANY RENTAL PROPERTY.

 

-ANY RENTAL THAT REQUIRES POWER,CORDS OR CERTAIN EQUIPMENT WILL BE HANDLED BY SERENDIPITY SOCIAL. IF A RENTAL DOES NEED POWER THEN IT IS THE CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE A POWER SOURCE NEAR BY AT THE VENUE THAT WAS SELECTED.

 

-UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT CONTROL THE WEATHER. AN INDOOR BACKUP PLAN IS EXPECTED FOR ALL OUTDOOR EVENTS. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR WEATHER RELATED EVENTS, INCLUDING HEAVY WIND.

 

-WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR DEPOSIT MADE IF AN EVENT IS CANCELED.

 

-IN THE CASE THAT AN EVENT NEEDS TO BE RESCHEDULED WE WILL ALLOW THE DATE TO BE CHANGED ONCE AND THE DEPOSIT WILL BE HELD UNTIL THE NEW EVENT DATE.

 

-WE WILL SCHEDULE WITH CLIENT A TIME FOR THE SETUP TO BEGIN AND WILL RETURN AT THE END TIME GIVEN BY THE CLIENT TO BREAKDOWN THE EVENT.

 

- ANY EVENT OR BALLOONS SCHEDULED WITHOUT 7 DAY NOTICE MUST PAY TOTAL UP FRONT. ALL EVENTS SCHEDULED BEFORE THE 7 DAY PERIOD MAY PLACE A 50% DEPOSIT.
